BTCCSquare news:

TensorX and Solstice have unveiled a collaborative effort to address Europe's growing demand for sovereign AI infrastructure. The partnership establishes a $1 billion financing facility dedicated to AI hardware procurement and data-center expansion across the EU bloc. Solstice will provide onchain financing for the initiative, including the launch of aiUSX—a yield-bearing asset enabling corporate participation in infrastructure lending.

TensorX operates a fleet of NVIDIA GPUs in EU data centers, offering zero-data-retention AI model deployment with performance guarantees. The company currently serves European AI startups and enterprises, with plans for global expansion. "Europe demands AI sovereignty—models running on domestic infrastructure without compromising data to foreign cloud providers," stated TensorX Executive Chairman Tim Grant. "This billion-dollar GPU procurement marks just the beginning."

The initiative comes as European corporations accumulate cash reserves specifically earmarked for AI expenditures, while simultaneously facing rising inference costs—creating parallel liquidity pools that remain functionally segregated.
